Win the work. Run the job.
Protect the margin.
Buildflow brings enquiries, quotations, supplier costs, site records, variations and client updates into one job record, so your team always knows what happens next and what each job is making.
Tell us about your firm, we approve your workspace by email — usually within one working day (Monday to Friday, UK time) — and your 14-day free trial starts then. No card required.
Designed around how extensions, refurbishments and new builds actually get priced and run — not a generic sales CRM.
One UK residential contractor is using Buildflow for real enquiries, quotations and projects right now.
We publish results only once the pilot data is in and the contractor agrees to be quoted.
Buildflow flags every enquiry missing an owner or next action.
Cost, sell and internal approval sit on the quotation itself.
Supplier and subbie prices are matched to the QS budget line by line.
The interactive demo is a guided, read-only version of the current workflow.
From paperwork to a controlled job
Enquiries, quotations, supplier costs and the programme are held against the same project record, so the figures you price with are the figures you run the job on.

The AI Inbox reads the paperwork you already have
Gmail enquiry scanning is in pilot with workspaces we support directly. For those workspaces, Buildflow checks only the configured Gmail scope for messages from people asking for a quotation, and genuine enquiries queue with the lead fields already suggested for a person to approve. Drawings, QS spreadsheets, supplier PDFs and photographed Gantt charts are read and turned into cost lines, programme tasks and payment stages.
Extracted values keep a link to the document and page they came from, and the original uploaded file is retained so you can check, edit or remove anything.
AI reads and suggests. Your team approves commercial matches and client-facing actions.
That is the whole list. Accounting (Xero, Sage), Microsoft 365 and Dropbox are planned and do nothing today — see what each connection can actually do.
Who it is for
Buildflow is deliberately narrow. It is worth five minutes checking you are the kind of business it was built for.
Best for
- Residential builders handling several enquiries a month
- Teams pricing extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions and new builds
- Contractors running quotations and live projects side by side
- Businesses where quotes get sent but follow-up depends on somebody remembering
Probably not for
- Trade-only subcontractors invoicing a handful of main contractors
- One-off self-builders managing a single project
- Large enterprise contractors needing full BIM or ERP software
If you are not sure which side you fall on, book a walkthrough and we will tell you straight.
Walk a job through the demo
An interactive guided simulation of the current Buildflow workflow using fictional sample data. It is read-only: follow the job stage by stage, open a quotation and its cost breakdown, see supplier costs reconciled against the budget and review the programme. No login, no email address, nothing saved.
Try the live demoFigures shown here and in the demo are sample data, not a customer’s accounts. Live founder-led pilot · measuring quote turnaround, follow-up completion and margin visibility. Named case studies will appear only once a contractor approves measurable results.

Buildflow is in a controlled release: we are accepting a small number of founding builders while assurance work and pilot evidence continue. Staff access is invitation-only, and financial data is limited to senior roles.
We are not publishing detailed security assurances until our own verification passes. Read our current controls and assurance status instead.

Built by a residential building contractor
Buildflow was created by Daryl Edwards after years of running a UK residential building company — managing enquiries, site visits, quotations and live projects across spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp, and watching work slip through the gaps between them.
Every screen exists because it was needed on a real job: chasing a quotation that had gone quiet, agreeing a variation before the work started, and closing out a snag list without a folder full of photos on someone’s phone.
